Abstract
Parasitic/Wandering fibroid is a subserosal uterine benign neoplasm with unusual locations that can puzzle
radiological findings and diagnosis. In our study, a 63 years old female cadaver showed an accidental
finding of a fibroid band extending from the anterior surface of the uterus to the lower part of the greater
omentum. We aim to study the morphometry of the parasitic band with discussion on the development of
the uterus and omentum to find possible congenital connections of this fibroid band.
