systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure.
Materials and Methods: A study was carried out in 50 healthy individuals of age between 30 to 60,
irrespective of sex. Their pulse and blood pressure were recorded before and after yoga.
Results: Data were statistically analyzed and we got p-value < 0> reduction in pulse rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in subjects after performing yoga.
